Tom Mason is a recognized expert in power generation and in gas turbine technology. At Calpine he was Executive Vice President and President of Calpine Power Company, responsible for operation and maintenance of the largest fleet of gas-fired power plants in the world and the nation's largest geothermal facility. Tom was President and COO of CalEnergy (MidAmerican Energy) and was with Solar Gas Turbines and Commonwealth Edison. Tom is an engineering graduate of Purdue University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. |

Charles (Chuck) Clark has nearly thirty years of finance and accounting experience in the energy sector. He was SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at Calpine Corporation from 1999 to May 2008, and prior to that, Vice President and CFO of Century Contractors West Inc., a constructor of electric power plants which was owned during part of Chuck’s time there by Kennetech Corporation, a wind power company. Chuck graduated from Duke University with an undergraduate degree in mathematics and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. |

| Fred Manuel, Senior Vice President Engineering |

Fred Manuel held senior management positions at Calpine and CalEnergy (MidAmerican Energy). Most recently at Calpine, he was Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for centralized gas turbine plant support services for the world's largest portfolio of industrial and aero derivative gas turbines. Fred has extensive experience in power plant engineering, construction, operations and maintenance, for both gas turbine and renewable technology power plants. Fred holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University. |

Trevor Thor has served the power industry for nearly 30 years and has extensive experience in the maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction of power plant equipment, with a strong emphasis on rotating equipment. Trevor has held management positions for Westinghouse, Pacific Gas and Electric, and most recently held the Regional Construction Director position with Calpine. Trevor currently holds a USCG Third Engineers License, California Professional Engineers License, and California Class A General Engineering Contractors License. Trevor is an engineering graduate of the California Maritime Academy and holds an Executive MBA from Golden Gate University. |

| Jerry Babic, Vice President & Regional POWER Manager |

Jerry Babic acquired unique sales experience and technical understanding while with General Electric Company and Stewart and Stevenson. While at GE, Jerry worked with major U.S. utilities to optimize the use of their combustion gas turbine power plants. Prior to that, as a field service engineer for G.E., Jerry maintained and repaired combustion turbines all over the world. While at Stewart and Stevenson, he was involved in Operations and Maintenance, Sales and Field Services. Jerry received his BSBA from the University of Phoenix. |
